At the end of the day, you’ll be able to say “I meditated today.”
How am I so sure? Because we’ll meditate together in the class.
At the beginning of each session, I’ll start us off with a few instructions, which you’re free to follow, or you can do your own thing.
But, we’ll be meditating, so at the end, you can check it off your list.
Here’s how the class works:
- We meet on Zoom.
- Meditate for 20 minutes.
- 10 Minutes Q&A.
- Log off Zoom and go about your business.
Please leave your camera on during the meditation.
You’re under no obligation to speak during the Q&A part.
You want to meditate.
I’ve heard you guys tell me this LOUD AND CLEAR.
But…it’s not happening. That’s what I want to help you with: the “not-happening” part.
You’ve tried meditating on your own. Maybe you’ve used a guided audio or a video or just improvised.
But, that’s not enough, because, despite your best intentions, it’s not happening everyday (or however often you’ve decided you want to be doing it).
You’ve set up your room to be the perfect meditation sanctuary, planned on making this part of your bedtime routine, but there’s always something better to do, always too much noise. The time never feels perfect. It’s too hard to focus on meditation because you’re worried about other stuff. You don’t have enough self-discipline to make it happen.
So, you’re frustrated and you feel guilty.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could, at the end of the day, say “I meditated today”? After all, that’s why you made it a goal to meditate, right?
That sounds like an exciting vision to me, so let’s make it happen.
About the Teacher
Hi, I’m Michael.
I’ve been posting meditation-related stuff online (@no.michael.here on Instagram) since the beginning of the pandemic. I’ve done several silent meditation retreats. I consider myself to be somewhat (but not completely) enlightened. Many people have told me they appreciate my insights. Some have even said they value the group meditations I’ve led.
Pricing
You can sign up for one class at a time, or you can buy a pass for a whole month and attend as many classes as you want in that month.
Classes are held at least once per week.
There are two options:
- You can sign up for one month at a time, and attend all the classes in that month for $75.
- Or, if you’re just checking it out, you can attend a single class for $25.
(Is this a good deal? That’s not up to me to decide for you.)
I’m going to experiment with different options, btw. This isn’t set in stone.
But, if you’re having trouble being flexible with this, you should probably sign up for the most expensive option, because it sounds like you need meditation NOW.
