This is a 1-1 coaching program that takes place online. Unlike traditional online lessons, we won’t meet on a live video call. Instead, we’ll communicate over DM (direct message). That’s because I want you focusing on yourself while you practice, not on me.

How it works:

When you apply, you’ll tell me about your goals. I'll send you a payment link. After you pay, we’ll start the program.
Once the program begins, I’ll send you exercises in the form of videos. You’ll practice the exercises and send me videos showing your progress.
It’ll be like going to the gym with a personal trainer. I’ll make sure you get the right exercises at the right time, and that you do them the right way.
The program is 2 weeks long. During that time, I’ll be on-call to answer any questions you have. If you’re stuck on any of the exercises, you’ll send me a DM and I’ll respond within 12 hours. That way, you can complete all the exercises by the end of the program.
The cost for this 2-week program is $500 USD. No payment is required until I accept your application.
