Time can be your best friend. Stop fighting against it.
Time can teach you everything you need to know. It will help you learn any skill you want to learn.
Instead of trying to make it perfect, make it time-limited.
For example, instead of practicing the piano until you can play perfectly, practice for 30 minutes.
Instead of writing and rewriting an email until it's worded perfectly, type on the keyboard for 5 minutes.
Or, instead of sitting around for days, weeks, months, trying to come up with the perfect idea for a new product you want to sell, just brainstorm for 20 minutes, and whatever your best idea is at the end of 20 minutes is the one you go with.
Afterwards, you can always change you mind. Re-evaluate.
But when you're working, keep everything limited by time.
Don't meditate until your mind is clear. Meditate for 20 minutes.
Until the timer goes off.
The timer is my best friend.
(And when I'm practicing the piano, the metronome is my second-best friend.)

(P.S. Notice how it's not “Day 24 out of #howevermanyfuckingemailsittakesuntili'mperfectatemails”?)
