What To Do:

Find a comfortable place to sit where you will be undisturbed for 15 minutes. Wear headphones. Then, listen and follow the instructions.

You will learn how to become more aware of your body and mind. What it feels like to be a human being sitting wherever you are sitting.

It's 15 minutes long and ends with the sound of a bell.

This is basic stuff, but it's not easy.
